Shipping for this product is estimated at 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier scheduling.

• Delivery Schedule

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking numberto track your order online for Non Fragile items.

You will receive an email confirmation of the order via email for your purchase.

Please allow for 24 hours after receiving the notification before tracking your parcel.

We strive to ensure that all our products meet your expectations. However, if you need to return an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be made within 30 daysof the date on the invoice.
Items must be returned in their original, unused conditionwith all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased as “Specials” are non-returnable.
End of range products.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our sales consultants via email at sales@electrad.co.za.
Returned items must be delivered to the store for inspection.
Once the return is approved, a credit will be processed within 14 days.
